for a few nights and it was truly amazing. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views from the living room and kitchen area. I was pleasantly surprised by the soundproofing of the apartment, as the cafe downstairs did not disturb me at all. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. The town is just a short walk away, offering plenty of options for dining and shopping. The restaurant underneath the apartment serves delicious food, and the overall experience was fantastic.

The shower was excellent, and it was a treat to enjoy coffees and hot chocolates from the restaurant downstairs while sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The restaurant/cafe "perch" below had delicious food at affordable prices, and the apartment was remarkably soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. an unforgettable experience.

This place has a fantastic location, just off Brighton, right by the seafront and beach, and the prices are reasonable - we stayed for 2 nights and will definitely return.

Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean from their rooms and even from the balcony while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a modern shower and cozy lounge area. the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs is a definite plus, offering delicious meals and friendly service.

The kitchen facilities were not up to par. the fridge leaked water onto the food, the dishwasher was broken, and the hob was too complex to use effectively.
